Physical Products 

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused and in their original condition

• returned in original packaging

We do not accept returns on:

• opened or used products

• custom or personalised items

• spiritual items that have been used (including candles, oils, bath products, or ritual items)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

International Orders

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check any applicable customs charges or import regulations before placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Digital Services & Tarot Readings

Tarot readings, telephone readings, video readings, and spell work are considered personalised and custom services.

Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the service has been delivered or started.

By purchasing a reading or spiritual service, you agree that:

• the service is personalised to you

• no refunds or cancellations will be accepted once the session has taken place or the work has begun

• results and outcomes are not guaranteed

All tarot readings and spiritual services are provided for guidance and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

By purchasing digital or spiritual services, you agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right once the service has begun.

If you need to reschedule a booked reading, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
